Neil joined Ascension Associates in 1998 as Managing Director and is responsible for the continued growth and development
of the firm in the Software Technology and Financial Services sector.
With over nine years experience in executive search and sixteen years in senior management positions within industry,
Neil has conducted numerous senior level mandates working with Pre-IPO and publicly listed International companies
across Europe.
Prior to joining Ascension he was Director of Sales and Marketing EMEA for Bridge Information Systems running the
financial software and electronic equity broking business for five years , prior to Bridge he was a General Manager
EMEA at Thomson Financial Services and VP Sales UKNSE at Pont Data International.
