Role Purpose/Description
The purpose of this role is to identify, create and close Mobile Voice and Data opportunities in the SMB Market with the emphasis on Data. You will also require the ability to leverage the product portfolio within our client base and identify up sell and cross sell opportunities.
We require someone who has a keen interest in Mobile Voice and Data technology with a proven track record of selling into the SMB market. Working as a member of the Sales Team you will require drive and a passion and desire to develop both professionally and personally.
The Sales Team work closely together, with the advantage of interacting with your peers on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close team and be exposed to city life.
We are looking for people who are seeking a career in the fast paced world of Mobile Voice and Data solution sales. We will provide training in Sales and Product to ensure we equip you with the right skills and knowledge to be successful. Targeted on new business and appointments booked and attended for your first three months, this role is best suited for someone looking to be continuously challenged and developed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Able to intelligently self generate new business opportunities through focus on particular verticals, business drivers and market trends As a minimum to meet the monthly sales targets agreed Develop and retain customers in order to sustain an increase in market share and revenue growth
Comfortable with and focused upon talking to C-level decision makers Highly motivated to achieve business goals Liaison with the Pre Sales Recording all activity promptly and accurately on Company systems To provide accurate and timely forecasts Ultimately you will be working within a sales environment to ensure delivery of the businesses goals whilst ensuring that you grow personally and professionally.
Required Competencies (Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Attitude)
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Goldmine Demonstrable experience of selling Presentation skills Experience of selling Mobile Voice and Data advantageous Good negotiation and closing skills Ability to listen and articulate effectively Good Sense of Humour Excellent communications skills, Self motivated Negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Experience of operating a small business environment Team player
