Head quartered in the City of London, it was established in 1993 and provides a complete suite of voice, data, mobile and reprographics solutions to UK enterprises, all supported by a broad portfolio of technical and professional services that help customers to maximise their investments.

Role Purpose/Description
The purpose of this role is to identify and close IP Telephony opportunities in the SMB and Mid Market with a strong emphasis on converged networks and application sales. You will also require the ability to leverage the product portfolio within their client base and identify up sell and cross sell opportunities.
They require someone who can structure and sell using a consultative approach looking at business challenges and solving these using their IP Telephony portfolio.
Working as a member of the Sales Team you will require drive and a passion for technology. Your success will be determined by your ability to deliver under pressure and continuously perform to meet your targets and ultimately the success of the business against its financial and non-financial goals.
The Sales Team work closely together with the advantage of interacting with your peers on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close team and be exposed to city life.
Duties and Responsibilities
Able to intelligently self generate new business opportunities through focus on particular verticals, business drivers and market trends As a minimum to meet and to exceed the monthly sales targets Develop and retain customers in order to sustain an increase in market share and revenue growth Comfortable with and focused upon talking to C-level decision makers Highly motivated to achieve business goals Experienced in selling IP Telephony and business applications Commercial awareness of structuring solution sales Liaison with the Pre Sales Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Goldmine To record all activity on Company systems To provide accurate and timely forecasts Ultimately you will be working within a sales environment to ensure delivery of the businesses goals whilst ensuring that you grow personally and professionally.
Required Competencies (Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Attitude)
Demonstrable experience of selling telecommunication specifically Avaya, Cisco and Mitel. Good negotiation and closing skills Ability to listen and articulate effectively Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to the strategic vision of our clients Presence and knowledge to be credible in ALL levels in an organisation Application awareness of Mobility, Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Collaboration solutions. Good Sense of Humour Excellent communications skills, with extensive experience of acting as the primary point of contact at Director level First class knowledge of Ethernet data networks First class influencing skills with a demonstrable track record of delivery Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
To be successful in the role requires someone who has a sense of urgency, doesnt take themselves too seriously, is passionate about what they do, happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, happy in an informal, hectic environment, who enjoys working under pressure to tight deadlines and has a high tolerance for ambiguity.
