Brief
- A face to face meeting with the hiring manager for a full brief and insight into the culture of the company
In-depth research
- database search and approach
- market research
- consultant networking
- referral follow-ups
- internet advertising (if agreed)
- targeted press advertising (if agreed)
Approach
- All potential candidates are assessed in their market sector and approached if relevant, either anonymously or openly depending on the sensitivity of the search and the assignment criteria.
Evaluation
- Ascension consultants interview all suitable candidates before submitting them to the shortlist
- Each candidate is fully briefed on the employment opportunity and presented with a corporate profile of your company to encourage their interest
Shortlist
- A first round shortlist will be compiled after these initial stages but suitable candidates will be fed through to create a conituous pipeline and avoid the stop-start selection approach.
Client interviews
- Ascension will provide continuous monitoring and support throughout the interview process until an offer is made
Offer
- Ascension will guide the candidate through acceptance and the notice period to their start date with you
Once on board
- Our consultants will keep in communication with the successful candidate/employee during the first couple of months while they settle into their new position.
